The chopped strand roving of basalt fiber products is made of basalt fiber . There is impregnating compound on the fiber. The basalt is parts of a high-performance lava. It is a special silicate that makes the basalt fiber have fine chemical resistance, especially resistance to alkali. So, the basalt fiber substitute for polyester fiber and lignin fiber. It is a very competitive products ,which  can be used for adulterating agent of bituminous concrete. It can improve high temperature stability, low temperature freeze thawing splitting wedge and fatigue resistance etc..
